Cette formation vous permettra de vous initier à l’impression 3D, aux différents matériaux et aux logiciels connexes. Cette formation théorique et pratique vous permettra de concevoir et d’imprimer un projet conformément aux bonnes pratiques d’usages et de sécurités.

Formation est obligatoire pour l'utilisation de l’espace et des équipements de l’Atelier 3D de LESPACEMAKER. Si vous maîtrisez déjà parfaitement l'impression 3D, un RAC (reconnaissance des acquis) est aussi possible.

Éléments théoriques :

• Introduction aux imprimantes 3D FDM
• La sécurité et préoccupations éthiques
• La conception de composants pour la fabrication additive et la découpe (slicer)
• Choisir le bon plastique

Éléments pratiques :

• Opération de l'imprimante 3D
• Charger le PLA
• Calibrer l’imprimante
• L’adhérence
• Début et suivi de l’impression
• La première couche et diagnostic
• Détacher le résultat
• Traitement post-impression
• Fabrication d’un projet

Après la formation, le participant sera habilité à :

• Accès à l'espace Atelier 3D (avec carte de membre active de LESPACEMAKER)
• Accès aux imprimantes 3D régulières à une tête
• Accès aux ordinateurs avec logiciels de conception et d’impression

This training will introduce you to 3D printing, the different materials and related software. This theoretical and practical training will enable you to design and print a project in accordance with good usage and safety practices.

This training course is compulsory to use the LESPACEMAKER 3D Workshop space and equipment. If you have already mastered 3D printing, a RAC (recognition of prior learning) is also possible.

Theoretical elements :

• Introduction to FDM 3D printers
• Safety and ethical concerns
• Component design for additive manufacturing and slicing
• Choosing the right plastic

Practical elements :

• 3D printer operation
• Loading PLA
• Calibrating the printer
• Adhesion
• Start and follow-up of printing
• First layer and diagnostics
• Detaching the result
• Post-print processing
• Project production

After the training, the participant will be entitled to :

• Access to the 3D Workshop area (with active LESPACEMAKER membership card)
• Access to regular one toolhead 3D printers
• Access to computers with design and printing software
